Creating your okebey account is quick and easy. Head to okebey.app and click the Register button. You will need to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a secure password. After submitting, verify your email address via the confirmation link we send you. You must be 21 years of age or older to register, in line with Philippine gaming regulations. Once your email is verified, you can log in and start exploring the platform.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — it is a standard identity verification process required by Philippine regulations and our operating guidelines. okebey requires KYC to confirm your identity, verify your age (21+), and prevent fraud and money laundering. You will need to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID) and a selfie holding your ID. KYC is typically completed within 24 hours. You cannot make withdrawals until your KYC is approved.

No. okebey strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You can update most account details — such as your mobile number, address, and communication preferences — through your Account Settings panel after logging in. Changes to your registered name or date of birth require additional verification and must be requested through our support team, as these are tied to your KYC records. For security reasons, email address changes also require identity re-verification.
