You may request the closure of your okebey Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist.

okebey's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okebey's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
okebey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okebey will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okebey Platform shall first be submitted to okebey's internal dispute resolution process.
